Enquiries and correspondence

Greenwood Syndicate (Pvt) Ltd., 774/10, Arahchihena Road, Madinnagoda, Rajagirya, Sri Lanka, uses the details you provide to respond to enquiries, discuss tea selections and prepare quotations. Retail enquiries collect your name, email, country, tea selection and message. Wholesale enquiries also collect your company, business type, address and mobile number.

Your enquiry is stored in our database. A notification is addressed to hiranya@equator.lk and a submission copy to your email address. No payment information is collected. We use Cloudflare for production website hosting, database storage and transactional email services.

Local testing

When this website runs locally, enquiries are saved to a SQLite database on the test computer. Emails are generated as local previews only; no messages leave the computer. Local testing visits are not sent to Google Analytics.

Analytics choices

On the production domain, optional Google Analytics (G-DGJ3B7622C) helps us understand site visits and enquiry conversions. It runs only after you choose to allow analytics. We do not send your enquiry fields to Google Analytics. You can change your choice using the Analytics preferences link in the footer.
